Deposit / Withdrawal Methods

Some options are only available to residents of certain countries. The withdrawal will be in your trading account's base currency when you demand a withdrawal from your client area. Being said that if your trading account is in USD, then your withdrawal will be processed in USD.

You don’t need to worry about how to deposit the funds in your account, as it’s briefly in simple steps.

Log in to your Client Area and click on the green ‘Deposit’ button, located to the left of your dashboard.

  • You’ll first be prompted to choose which account you’d wish to deposit in.
  • You then choose the payment mode using the buttons on the payment mode table’s right.
  • Say how generous you would wish to deposit into your account.
  • You may also be prompted to enter the currency in which you’d like to perform the deposit and some other options.
  • Make sure to read and agree with all the instructions, terms, and conditions for payment operations.

The minimum deposit is $100 for all account types. For a VIP account, you have to reach a minimum balance of $50,000.

We do not take any payments made via a third-party reference. You must only use payment methods that are under your name and lawfully apply to you. We hold the right to demand proof from you at any time. Failure to comply with this will result in your payment getting frozen or being refunded.

Credit/Debit Card Deposit: We need the scanned color copies of your card to fight fraud. But, please do NOT send us any documents if we didn’t ask for them.

  • Cover (black-out) all digits except the last 4 on the front side of your card for security purposes before sending documents to us.
  • All other details must be clear and visible.
  • A clear and readable signature is mandate in your card.

Caution: We will NEVER ask you for any sensitive card details (such as your full card number, CVV code, 3D-secure code, PIN code, etc.). If you suspect seeking any discreet details from an unclear source, please contact us instantly.

Do these pre-checks and get us informed.

  • You have entered your card details accurately.
  • You’re using a valid (not expired) card.
  • You have enough funds on your card.

If all of the above is fine, still your deposit is unsuccessful, and then it may appear at the bank’s issuance. The bank might not have the approval of your card to make the deposit. In that case, we advise you to use another card or any other payment method possible in your trading account.

  • You then choose the withdrawal mode using the buttons on the withdrawal mode table’s right.
  • Say how generous you would wish to withdraw into your account. The type of withdrawal depends on the amount.
  • Make sure to read and agree with all the instructions, terms, and conditions for payment operations.

We only treat withdrawals back to the payment method you initially used for depositing as a customary rule.

For Credit Cards: Get back your withdrawals back to your credit card used for the deposit. The excess of which will be proceeded as per your choice of payment.

For Alternate Payment modes: There will not be any charges levied for handling our deposit and withdrawal methods, but intermediary banks or eWallets may do so, and that’s beyond our control.

For Instance: If you deposited $100 by Skrill and $50 by Credit/Debit Card, and requested a withdrawal of $90, you will get $50 back to your card and $40 to your eWallets.

There will not be any charge from us directly, there lies something beyond our control that may be liable for some mediator banks or eWallets may do so.

We do payment in different currencies that are automatically converted into the below said currencies. Your bank or eWallets may charge you a conversion fee, which is beyond our control. Until now we process payments only in EUR, GBP, USD and PLN, INR and still thriving to add other currencies in the future.

Internal transfers from an MT5 account to another MT5 account are prompt when both accounts’ base currencies are the same. Internal transfers from an IB account to an MT5 account are processed with a raise of requests when facing the currency differences to supports@loyalfxmarkets.com. Our customer Support Team is available Monday – Friday at 11.00 am – 8:00 pm GMT to assist you if you need any help making your payments.
